Shipping

We want to deliver your orders efficiently, after all, it makes us look a lot better when you are wearing our stuff. To help, I’ve written how our shipping process works:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Items shipped from our home base will have different processing times compared to those fulfilled by Printful. If your order includes items from both sources, they may be shipped separately.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, and costs are calculated based on your location and the nature of the item. Items fulfilled by Printful will follow their shipping schedule and costs. For items shipped from our home base, you’ll receive standard shipping rates.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will reflect the shipping method chosen for each part of your order. Separate shipping fees may apply if your order includes items from both Printful and our home base.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for items shipped from our home base and those fulfilled by Printful, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of each part of your order.


Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our returns policy:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. This applies to items shipped from our home base. For items fulfilled by Printful, please refer to their return policy, as it may differ.

  • Process: To initiate a return, contact us at terrestrialcauldron@gmail with your order number and reason for the return. If your order includes items from both our home base and Printful, please specify which items you wish to return. We will provide instructions accordingly.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. Return shipping for Printful items may need to follow their specific procedures.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear.


Exchanges

For exchanges, here’s how it works when items are shipped separately:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. Contact us within 14 days of receipt if you need to exchange an item. Specify if the item was shipped from our home base or fulfilled by Printful.

  • Process: Email us at terrestrialcauldron@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We’ll provide instructions for returning the original item and arranging for a replacement. For Printful items, follow their exchange process.

  • Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of shipping replacements for errors or defects. For exchanges requested by the customer, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
