What does “Early Access” mean?
"Early Access" gives you the opportunity to purchase our stickers before I release their finalized designs. This exclusive access allows you to be among the first to enjoy our latest designs and collections, but is not as high quality as the stickers I keep stocked in my own collection.

Why only 3x3 on Early Access Stickers?
I made sure to order all the products fulfilled by Printful myself, and while the material they use is great as a long lasting sticker, I didn’t find that the larger stickers lasted too well, and Id prefer my designs to stay looking good long term. Sizing options will be available for stickers in my collection.

How long does it take to process a custom order?
Custom orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. If your order includes both Early Access stickers and custom items, they may be shipped separately according to their respective processing times.

What are the shipping times for my order?
Shipping times can vary based on your location:

  • USA: 3-4 business days

  • Europe: 6-8 business days

  • Australia: 2-14 business days

  • Japan: 4-8 business days

  • International: 10-20 business days

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at terrestrialcauldron@gmail.com.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors.

  • Contact your local post office to see if they have your package.

  • Check with your neighbors to see if the package was left with them.

If the address was correct and the package hasn’t been located, please reach out to us at terrestrialcauldron@gmail.com with your order number.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Exchanges are not currently offered. If you receive a mislabeled item, contact us within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

How do I care for my stickers?
To keep your stickers looking great, clean the surface before applying them. Stickers are intended for indoor use and should be applied to clean, dry surfaces.
